Burn-in board

A board to screen out initial defections by operating semiconductors with heat stresses. A burn-in board is equipped with IC sockets and testing circuits to install tested devices on boards. It is thus required to keep high liability to be connected to burn-in devices and to be used under high temperatures (125℃ in general).
