We are proud of our nationally prominent achievements and capabilities in integrated development (from design to evaluation) of analog LSIs used in such things mobile products, consumer digital products and automotive products based around our high-speed interface and power supply technologies.
Our digital LSI design based around our image processing technology, offers reliable technology to our customers in such areas as security, energy, automotive installations and the medical field.
Testing Solutions
As well as creating and debugging tester programs that are indispensable for application development, design of printed circuit boards, ordering of components and soldering are all also handled entirely within the company, allowing for the work to be carried out smoothly and in a short time span.
Burn-in Solutions
Burn-in boards which function as testing jigs are exposed to high temperatures every time during tests, and durability and high liability are demanded. Our products meet customers' various needs through the high quality mounting and testing systems supported by our advanced design technology and excellent track record based on a wealth of experience.
DMS & EMS
Total solution support covering everything from hardware and software design to component procurement, mounting and testing. Our surface mount line supports circuit board sizes of up to 508 (W)×620 mm (L) as standard. We are also open to consultation in relation to sizes greater than this. We are able to meet various needs, from individual or small-batch production types to mass production types. We also support minuscule parts and flip chips regardless of board size with our advanced mounting technology.
